Born on January 11, 1959, in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, Oluwasanmi Jacob Olusola began his educational journey at St. Peter Primary School, Bukuru, Jos, before proceeding to Prince College of Commerce, Jos, for his secondary education. His early academic foundation laid the groundwork for his discipline, leadership, and organizational excellence.

He furthered his education at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, where he studied Guidance and Counselling. This academic background equipped him with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and people-management skills, which continue to influence his leadership approach and executive effectiveness.

Beyond the corporate environment, Oluwasanmi Jacob Olusola has served for many years as a pastor with Gospel Faith Mission International, where he played an active role in the Intercessory Department. His service in ministry has deeply shaped his leadership philosophy, emphasizing integrity, accountability, service, and people-centered management.
